A Gift for a Believer

The Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “The gift of a believer is death.” [Ihya Ulum Id-Deen]

The reason for this is that the world is a prison for the believer as he lives here in difficulties and wants, controls his passions and is forever driving away the devil; so death gives him relief from these hardships.
